  Burns Night Eilidh

Burns Night

An  institution of  Scottish life:  a  night  to  celebrate  the  life  and  work  of  the  national  Bard, Robbie Burns.

Cut The Mustard  are  no  strangers to  providing music for  Burns nights (held on or around 25th January) or St  Andrews  Nights (celebrated on or around 30th November), so  if  you are  looking  for  a  traditional  occasion  with Jigging, fast  Reeling  (and  plenty  of  Whisky ‘shlansivar’ ), look  no  further.

You  will  dance  to   traditional  Scottish  tunes  and hear some  of  Robbie’s songs such as ‘My  love  is like  a  Red  Red  Rose’, and   ‘Lizzie  Lindsey’ .  Of course the evening will finish with a rousing rendition of  ‘Auld  Land  Syne’.

Cut The Mustard have had the pleasure of playing at many prestigious Burns nights,   including. the  SAS Regiment  (Hereford ),  Sandhurst  Military  Academy (Sandhurst ),  3rd  Battalion The  Yorkshire  Regiment ( Warminster ), Royal  Military  Police (Bulford, Salisbury)   and  at many  beautiful  village  halls.

The Lonely Piper

We always promise a night to remember!
